It is known that there was a free make up for the person who entres 1st. In the morning, there were many people stand outside because of this activity. Everyone want to become the 1st. The door was open, people all ran quickly but there were too many people, and they didn't want to let someone else to become the 1st. Yesterday, on 27 of August, British geologists found skeletons under the Tower of London. They say:"The skeletons have been there for more than 300 years." Now they are trying to find out how they have appeared there. Everybody knows that in ancient times a lot of people were tortured there and maybe their skeletons are under the tower.

Spider-seeing in a house of London: woman dies (by Tete)

Incredible but true. Last night at 2:00 some neightbours called the police because they heard strange noises. When they entered the house they saw a 68-year-old woman lying on the floor . Forenses verified that something scared the old woman and she fell off the stairs hitting her head and dying. In their house research they found a big spider near the place she was so they think the spider scared her. Her daughter confirms her fobia to spiders because she had a bad experience with them when she was young. Her family and neighbours are still amazed and confused. They will held the funeral next week. This strange event has been Trendic Topic in Twitter.

Julie in Oxford

When we arrived in Oxford we first went too the castle. There we got guided tour through the castle. The castle has been a prison for a long time until 1996. Afterwards we passsed all the anceient buildings. At noon we got free time to shop or visit something else as the set of Harry Potter and also had ti;e to have lunch, I bought in Oxford the best cookies ever by Bens cookies in the Covered market. Some people in Oxford were rushed. Most streets were noisy and clean. In the centre there wasn't any traffic ja; outside there was a lot and also was the traffic loud and congested. I would recomment this great experience.

A wedding was celebrated at the London eye! By Claudia :)

Yesterday,there was a BIG celebration in the London Eye, yes, there were alredy 200 guests doing laps , the priest and the wedding couple was in the first cabinet, and all the other guest were in the next cabinets with prismatics to see the ceremony,the reason of that strange ceremony is that the dream of the bride was be in the London eye, and her boyfriend, planned that fantastic wedding! Lovely isn't it? But this incredible wedding is going to cost about £5.000, plus the drinks and food, well, everything went good and there were no problems, a fantastic wedding don't you think? :') Claudia

Some weird clothes are spotted in London

A few days ago some costumers found really strange clothes in the most luxury boutiques of Prada, Armani and Gucci. They said that the clothes were stained, dirty or drilling. The reason is that some thieves stole the clothes from the boutique at night, and then they sold it in an other country for the double price. They also faked the clothes and they brang them back to the boutique, so the costumers were buying faked clothes for very high prices. A woman saw that the clothes weren't real and she called the police. Two days after the police found the two men that were faking the clothes and now they have a prison sentence of 8 years. Grocery shop infected by rats

The famous Grocery Shop based on Trafalgar Square was infected by rats,two days ago. The rats were hidden in a small room behind the shop and when the director entered in this room to take something, and one hundred of rat ran into the shop and scared all the clients. The director said that he didn't know that a colony lived in his shop. Now the shop is closed for a few days, and some hunter are working in the shop. Donatien Callon

Some people were blocked one hour in the London eye because of the weather

Beceause of the unexpected storm of yesterday with hail. People were stuck in the London eye for more than one hour till the fireman came to save them. Beceause of the rain there was a power failure. There were a couple people injured but it wasen't that bad. Julie

1000000£ stolen from bank in London by people dressed like mikey mouse

some people entered in a bank dressed like mikey mouse and with guns and some knifes and stole 100,0000£ and manage to get away before the police arrived. When the police arrived they talked to one of the bank workers and he said there were 5 of them and some had womans voice. The police is loking for them but they have no clues.

Oxford

On Friday, the 24th of August 2012, we were at Oxford. It is a very beautiful city with a long and interesting history. There are a lot of old buildings from the Saxons and they are all well preserved. Also there are lot's of aged houses which are modernised now and they look quite nice. I was very impressed by the numerous lawns and gardens; there were flowers even on the lamp posts. Oxford i an amazing and colourful city with a unique landscape architecture. I was very aweinspired there and I think everybody should visit it.

The London Eye was stopped by some joker terrorist by jone

Yesterday, Monday 27 of August the London Eye was stopped because some joker terrorist tried to put a bom on it. The London Eye was in movement until some terrorist go in to it and first tried to go inside by the other door but one segurity guard saw them and ask them what they where doing there. The joker terrorists where doing like if they where from other country an they didn't know where the entrance was. The segurity guard was a little bit spying them because they were suspicius. They pay the ticket for going into the London Eye but they were with big suitcases and bags.The segurity guard told them to keep the suitcases down the London Eye but they didnt wanted. They go in and started to program the bom but in each cell they were some cameras so the guard saw them and call the police and they are in prison for 20 years.But all is safe now. This story is not true is only invented.

I love the city which called Oxford. Last Friday, i went to the Oxford. It's a really nice and beautiful city. And it's clean and tidy. There are many shops and things are cheap and nice~~ I think people are nice, most of them are smiling and enthusiastic, but a few people are rushed==''. It makes me feel a little unhappy. We can see many cute dogs on the street. I think the traffic is ok everyone is safe.[of course=w=]. There are not many modern building, most of them are old but clean and classical. I love them very much. I like the sidewalk footpath, they are really sleek. I also see many old brights, they are short but beautiful. I took many photos of bridges. But unfortunately, i broked my camera there[T T]. But anyway, i like this city, maybe oneday i will go to there again=)!

A trip to Oxford by Sev On Friday we had a study tour to Oxford. The city was very pritty and and clearn but a bit noisy. All the buildings were really old but not shabby. We had only one hour to walk there so we saw just some buildings. For example: Radcliffe Camera The building is the earliest example in England of a circular library. It is built in three main stages externally and two stories internally, the upper one containing a gallery. The ground stage is heavily rusticated and has a series of eight pedimented projections alternating with niches. The central stage is divided into bays by coupled Corinthian columns supporting the continuous entablature. The pedimented windows stand above mezzanine openings, reflecting the interior arrangement. The top stage is a lanterned dome on an octagonal drum, with a balustraded parapet with vases.

My first time in Bloxham When i came for the first time in bloxham, i was a little anxious because it was the first time that i studi in a real English school. I was affraid because i thaught that the lessons was very difficult but they are very simple. I was also a little lost in big school.It's the biggest school that i have never seen Oxford Oxford is a very active city. There are a lot of young people and sometimes you can see music players or jugglers. I really enjoyed to see music player because in my country i have never seen that. The buildings are ussually old and sometimes crumbling. For example in the old prison

, ther were a lot of many walls made with stones which were crumbling. after visiting the prison, we made a little walk in the town and then we all had free time. During the free time i was with some friends and we bought some gift for our family. After the free time we go back to the school. I really enjoyed this little trip and i recomand it for everybody. my first day at Bloxham

when I arrived here at bloxham I was a little bit scared, I was afraid that I would have no friends, until when I was talking by the first time to Liam the house parent, Buba appired , he was my best friend from last year, and I staid in the same room as last year with him. When that happned I was no more scarred. After we have talked we went to play basketball and at 6'o clock we went to have dinner. I almost eat anything its to earley and at home I have dinner at 8 or 9'o clock. After dinner I met more peopole and imidiatly made more friends, I was realy happy and not scared at all any more. One of the persons I met is also Portuguese and we are friends now.

I loved Oxford by Jone

Last Friday 25 of august we went to oxford.I loved that trip,I had a lot of fun.The city was very noise because they were lots of people walking through it.The city was clean and active. Tht they houses where old but they had lots of differnet colors that make them modern.There was not to much traffic,we got in Oxford quite qicky with the bus.They were lots of things to visit:museums made of stonesand marmol, a castle that was before a prison.I like the castle because it had good views of all the city and we went into a prison cell.The people living there were polite and nise but quite hurried.At the afternoon we went shopping, that was my favorite part of the field trip.I bough three jumpers and one t-shirt.I loved that city.

A day in the theme park by Marta

On Sunday the 26th August we went to a theme park called Drayton Manor. It was fantastic, I loved it! My favourite rides are rollercoasters, so I went on two rollercoasters and they were really fun! I spent the hole day with my friends, and we enjoyed the day together. There were a lot of people in the partk because it was Sunday, so there were very long queues. Finally I bought some things in the theme park's shop. It was a really good and funny day.

A trip to Oxford by Tete When we arrived to Oxford I was astonished. There were lots of ancient buildings and it was full of shops and restaurants. We had to do a tour to find some clues but the rain didn't let us so after it finished raining we went shopping for 3 hours (not joking xD). The city was crowded and we went to shopping centres, shops, McDonals, HMV... That was a lovely trip.

Oxford and Drayton Manor Theme Park by Laura

It's the second time I went to Oxford because I went the weekend before with my family. We first visit the place where the castle had to be built and we also saw the castle's prison. After we did a tour around Oxford and we saw the famous bridge of sighs.

After we had a really great time because we had 4 hours to do some shopping. It was awesome. We first went the full hour to Primark, it's like a paradise, you can buy beautifull things for almost nothing.

I bought a beautifull bordeau coat. Yesterday I went to the theme park. There was a lot of traffic so we spent a lot of time in the bus and not in the park. I did the scariest things like the Apocalypse http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=enPAZ-UoQaY That one was really, really scary because you go really high, you stay like tree seconds above and than it falls down really fast.I also did the blue roaler coaster that was awesome. The one that I prefer was the horloge, I did it tree times. Tonight we will have casino and everyone is gonna be really dressed up so I'm looking forward to it. Bye, Laura

My trip to Oxford by Marta

Last Friday, all the Bloxham School students went on a study tour to Oxford. It was a really nice and quiet city. Sometimes it was crowded and the traffic was noisy and loud, but I liked it anyway. First, we went to visit the castle. It was an ancient building and some parts were crambling or run down. It wasn't scary because it was really clean and safe. The walls were made of stones and bricks and there were lots of prison cells. It was Friday, so most of the people were working. They were hurried or rushed, but some of them were polite and smily. Oxford has beautiful and cool shops like Republic, Superdry or Starbucks Coffe. I loved this city.

Drayton Manor! By Claudia :)

Wow! What an incredible day! Yesterday we went to drayton manor, the The Theme Park! :D It was sooo funny but we got one BIG problem, there was a looot of people! We were in the queue of cars al last one hour! Well, when we arrived in the park my first ride was very exciting! We went to the shockwave rollercoaster, the first rollercoaster in the UK that you are Stand Up! Then we went to other funny rides too, we ate at the chicken dinner, all the food has it chicken! Chicken burguer, chicken wings, chicken nuggets... EVERYTHING! Hahahaha, I suppose that the english people love chicken.... At the afternooon we returned home about 4:30, we were all very tired! When I took the plane from Barcelona I was very excited, will I make new friends? But I was very nervous too, I didn't like too much the idea to be far away from my hom, friends, family... At first sight Bloxham was very impressive, all the school was soo big and i was very lost! It was a big change from my city! All was different, the food, the weather, the people... Well the teachers and the houseparent are very simpatethic and my partners are very friendly,I'm anxious to see what is going to happen! Claudia
